Please click on the registration document, print and bring the completed form to the club with the appropriate dues at the beginning of the season. Fees must be paid by end of May.
Payment by e-Transfer is preferred. Alternatively, cheques made out to Burnside Lawn Bowling Club are accepted. Requirement before joining our club, read and agree to our code of conduct found on the back of the member registration form. | ||
